Mech Core: Panel Break – Privacy Policy

This page describes the privacy behavior of the current release, using the policy content provided for the app.

Last updated October 5, 2026

1. Overview

Mech Core: Panel Break is an offline single-player puzzle game published by NOVA CODE. This release does not use accounts, advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, Firebase, a backend service, or internet-based gameplay.

2. Information stored on your device

The game stores level unlocks, star results, coins, booster counts, selected skins, mission progress, daily-reward state, and sound and haptic preferences using Android SharedPreferences. This information remains in the application's local storage unless your device or operating-system backup settings copy app data as part of a device backup.

3. Personal information

The game does not ask for a name, account, phone number, location, contacts, photos, microphone access, camera access, or other personal profile information. No login is provided.

4. Network and third-party services

The release does not request the Android INTERNET permission and contains no advertising or analytics library. Core gameplay, levels, rewards, missions, and skins work locally.

5. Haptics and audio

Haptic feedback uses Android view feedback APIs and does not request the VIBRATE permission. Sound effects are bundled locally. Sound and haptic choices are saved locally.

6. Contact action

The in-app Contact Us screen can open an email application installed on the device addressed to info@novacode5.site. The game does not read the message, mailbox, recipient list, or email account, and it does not send an email automatically. Information you choose to send is handled by your selected email provider under its own terms and privacy practices.

7. Data sharing

The release does not transmit gameplay data to NOVA CODE and does not include advertising or analytics SDKs that share data with third parties.

8. Retention and deletion

Local progress and preferences remain on the device until they are reset, cleared through Android settings, or the application is uninstalled, subject to Android or device-account backup and restore features. Settings includes a Reset All Progress action for locally stored progress and preferences.

9. Children

The game does not knowingly collect personal information from children through gameplay. Parents or guardians should supervise any email a child chooses to send through an external email application.

10. App assets and branding

The release package includes official Mech Core: Panel Break assets maintained for the app by NOVA CODE, including the app icon, feature graphic, and gameplay screenshots. These are static branding/store assets and do not collect or transmit user data.

11. Security

No method of local storage or device backup can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should protect access to their devices and device accounts.

12. Changes to this policy

If a future release adds advertising, analytics, online accounts, cloud saves, notifications, new permissions, or other network services, NOVA CODE will update this policy before release so it continues to describe the actual application.
